How to Copy a File Link in OneDrive & Share with Instructor (Student Guide)

  1. Upload a file to OneDrive.  See Tutorial.
  2. Select the file you want to copy, click Copy link.
  3. A link to the file is created.  By default, By default, this link is to share with people with existing access.  Since you only want to share it to your instructor, click the right-pointed arrow.
  4. In Link Setting:
    a. Make sure people you choose is selected.
    b. Type your instructor’s Email.
    c. Select Apply.
  1. Click Copy.  Then, this link is copied. You can paste the link in the Email message.
