How to Share a Video from CASA Cloud

Share a Video Link

1. Navigate to the file you would like to share from CASA Cloud
2. Tick the box next to the file you would like to share
3. Select “More Actions” –> “Share“
4. Choose either “Public” or “Restricted” to share. (By default, new files are set to “Private“. Learn more about security settings in CASA Cloud in this tutorial.)
5. Choose whether you want to allow viewers to stream the video

   If you choose to allow streaming, please note that this is a different link than the “File Share” link at the top of the sharing dialogue box.

6. Copy either the “File Share” link or the “Streaming URL”.
7. Email this link to your audience or post the link to Blackboard

Embed a Video

5. After step 4 above, select “Allow Streaming”
6. Copy the “Embed HTML” code provided
7. Paste the code into your website, course site, or Blackboard
