Teaching online, just like teaching in the classroom, takes first-hand experience to develop the most effective strategies for helping students understand the shape of thinking in the discipline and to master course specific content. However, it also helps to hear how colleagues, especially from other disciplines, approach their courses and design their curriculum for online delivery.
