UHCOM evaluate – Evaluation Reports

Report Listing

  1. From the eValuate lobby, click on Reports.
  2. Note that the reports that are shown to you may be slightly different depending on your security and access level.
  3. Summary Reports show you high-level evaluation information for the forms, and the rubrics included in the forms, such as total scores and averages.
  4. Form Detail Reports show you specific details within the forms, such as any questions not included in the rubric. That can include open-ended questions, multiple choice questions, and more.
  5. Rubric Detail Reports show you specific details about the rubrics, such as answers and scores for each individual criterion (row) in the rubric.
  6. Response Frequency Detail Reports (available only if your school has them enabled) show you the number of times a response for a question was selected, as well as comments on the rubric and the form.

Evaluation Summary

Summary Reports show you high-level evaluation information for the forms, and the rubrics included in the forms, such as total scores and averages.

  1. From the Report Listing, click on the Evaluation Summary and click View.
  2. Select the Form that you wish to report on from the dropdown menu.
  3. Optionally, select the other filter options that you would like to include in the report as well.
  4. When you are done selecting your filters, click Filter.
  5. The Evaluee column shows you the subject of the evaluation. For example if you ran the “Student Evaluation Summary” report, the subject of the evaluation would be the student.
  6. The Evaluator column shows you who has completed the evaluation. Anonymous evaluations are designated with an N/A.
  7. The Evaluation column shows you the form or rubric that is being reported on.
  8. The Total column shows you the total points awarded, out of the Total Possible.
    • Note that the Total Possible column does not include any criteria left unanswered or marked as Not Applicable.
  9. The Percentage gives you the score based on these values.
  10. The Created column shows you when the evaluation was filled out.
  11. You can click on any icon in the View column to view the entire form or rubric for that row.

Form Details

Form Detail Reports show you specific details within the forms, such as any questions not included in the rubric. That can include open-ended questions, multiple choice questions, and more.

  1. From the Report Listing, click on the Evaluation Form Details and click View.
  2. Select the Form that you wish to report on from the dropdown menu.
  3. Optionally, select an evaluator. Note that this is not available for anonymous evaluations.
  4. Optionally, select the other filter options that you would like to report on.
  5. Select a Group By option.
    • Evaluee will sort the report and group responses depending on the subject of the evaluation (for example Student, Course, Faculty).
    • Evaluator will sort the report and group responses by who is completing the evaluation.
    • Question will sort the report and group responses according to each individual question.
  6. When you are done selecting your filters, click Filter.

Rubric Details

Rubric Detail Reports show you specific details about the rubrics, such as answers and scores for each individual criterion (row) in the rubric.

  1. From the Report Listing, click on the Evaluation Rubric Details and click View.
  2. Select the Form that you wish to report on.
  3. Select the rubrics that you would like to report on.
  4. Optionally, select an evaluator. Note that this is not available for anonymous evaluations.
  5. Optionally, select the other filter options that you would like to report on.
  6. Select a Group By option.
    • Evaluee will sort the report and group responses depending on the subject of the evaluation (for example Student, Course, Faculty).
    • Evaluator will sort the report and group responses by who is completing the evaluation.
    • Question will sort the report and group responses according to each individual question.
      • Note: This is recommended for the Rubric Details Report, since you will receive your averages for each individual criterion in the rubric.
  7. When you are done selecting your filters, click Filter.
